Hyderabad: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has launched an upgraded version of its healthcare platform, BluHealth Platform v2.0, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) tools and non-invasive diagnostic technologies. The Hyderabad-headquartered software and data processing services firm announced the development on Thursday, stating that the new system is designed for use in hospitals, primary health centres and mobile health units.
The updated platform, which has evolved from an earlier proof-of-concept to a clinical-grade system, focuses on improving healthcare delivery in remote and underserved regions. The company highlighted that the system combines AI-based decision support with remote monitoring features, aiming to strengthen diagnostic and triage capabilities in areas with limited healthcare infrastructure.
BluHealth Platform v2.0 incorporates automated triage and real-time clinical decision support powered by AI. It also offers non-invasive screening tools, including facial scanning for health assessments and HbA1c testing, which could reduce the need for traditional laboratory-based diagnostics.
The platform’s hardware, built for use in challenging environments, allows for offline functionality, making it suitable for areas with limited internet connectivity. It captures a range of physiological data, including electrocardiogram (ECG), electromyogram (EMG), galvanic skin response (GSR), and temperature readings, which can be used for early detection and monitoring of health conditions.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the system complies with international data protection standards such as HIPAA and GDPR. It also supports interoperability protocols like FHIR and HL7, enabling integration with existing hospital information systems.
Company officials noted that the platform has potential applications in chronic disease management, routine screenings, and emergency health assessments. It is also equipped with a dashboard for visualising population health trends and AI-driven triage support for emergency scenarios.
