New Delhi: In a major step to boost engagement at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, Union Minister for Communications and Development of North East Region, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, launched the AI-powered interactive mobile application for the upcoming event.Â
The 9th edition of IMC will take place from October 8 to 11, 2025, at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi.
AI-Powered Features for Seamless Experience
The IMC 2025 app is designed to transform the participant journey with advanced digital tools. It enables live-streaming of sessions, ensuring global accessibility. A key highlight is IMC Suggests, an AI-driven concierge that provides personalized recommendations on sessions, networking opportunities, and F&B zones. Attendees can also sync schedules with their personal calendars for better organization.
Networking and Collaboration
The app enhances networking by allowing real-time connections, chats, and meeting scheduling between participants, exhibitors, startups, and partners. Startups will benefit from dedicated features that connect them with investors and mentors, promoting collaboration and innovation.
IMC 2025: Driving Connections, Collaborations, & Outcomes
Highlighting the vision behind the launch, Scindia said IMC is more than a technology event. It is positioned as a platform for possibilities, driving connections, collaborations, and outcomes. He emphasized the government’s focus on innovation, self-reliance, and India’s ambition to achieve global leadership by 2047.Â
Scindia stated that IMC 2025 will not only discuss 5G, 6G, AI, IoT, and M2M but also address how technology empowers farmers, schoolchildren, MSMEs, and society at large.
Smarter Tools for Engagement
Among the new tools, the Snippet feature will generate short, shareable video highlights from sessions to extend the event’s reach across social media. The Co-Pilot chatbot will act as a personal assistant, providing instant information on session details, speaker bios, venue logistics, transportation, Wi-Fi, parking, and nearby attractions.
Interactive and Youth-Friendly
The app also brings interactive elements like an in-app photo booth, an AI-powered photo recognition gallery, live polls, and contests to sustain engagement throughout the event.Â
Designed with students and young professionals in mind, IMC 2025 aims to provide them access to cutting-edge technologies, mentorship opportunities, and industry exposure.
With the new app, IMC 2025 positions itself as a forward-looking platform that combines technology, innovation, and inclusivity. It reflects the government’s vision of a connected, self-reliant India and reinforces IMC’s role in shaping the digital future.
