Kolkata, Apr 4, (APAC Media): LPG consumers are still facing technical glitches about the delivery authentication codes (DAC).
With this OTP-based mechanism still getting delayed, the consumers still face delays in getting cylinder delivery.
Most consumers are complaining that they are either not receiving the code or getting it much late.
While the oil marketing companies assured the DAC flaw has been addressed, the consumers are still facing the same issues.
The delays are further complicating the inventory management between the oil marketing companies, dealers, distributors as well as delivery boys.
Consumers are getting increasingly upset with booking cancellations and delayed refunds.
