New Delhi, May 20 (APAC Media): AYUSH Minister Prataprao Jadhav recently launched the Ayush Anudan Portal at Kartavya Bhawan in New Delhi, marking a major step towards strengthening digital governance and improving transparency in the Ayush sector.
Developed by the Ministry of Ayush under the Ayush Grid initiative, the portal aims to streamline the submission, processing, approval and monitoring of funding proposals under various Central Sector Schemes of the ministry.
Speaking at the launch event, Prataprao Jadhav said Ayush Grid is a visionary digital initiative of the Government of India designed to create an integrated, transparent and citizen-centric digital ecosystem for the Ayush sector through modern technology.
“Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Ease of Doing Business’ and ‘Ease of Living’, the Ayush Anudan Portal has been developed as a comprehensive digital platform,” the minister said.
He stated that the portal would bring significant reforms to the grant management system in the Ayush sector by ensuring transparency, efficiency, accountability and easier accessibility. The minister added that the platform would support paperless governance by enabling organisations and institutions to submit grant proposals completely online.
Prataprao Jadhav further said integration with the NGO Darpan Portal would help make verification and authentication of applicant organisations faster, automated and error-free.
He also highlighted that several digital platforms have already been developed under the ABDM-compliant Ayush Grid initiative in areas including education, research, healthcare services, medicinal plant administration, drug regulation, capacity building, and global outreach to ensure transparent and citizen-friendly service delivery.
The event was attended by Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, along with Joint Secretaries Dr Kavita Jain, Alarmelmangai D and Monalisa Dash, besides other senior officials of the ministry.
