Srinagar, May 20 (APAC Media): In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir government has transferred four IAS officers. IAS Anil Banka has been appointed as the Director of the Industries and Commerce Department, Kashmir.
He was previously serving as the Special Secretary in the Finance Department.Â
The list of other transfers includes
- IAS Mahima Madan, previously serving as Additional Secretary in the Information Technology Department and also holding additional charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jammu and Kashmir e-Governance Agency (JaKeGA) and Director, Defence Labour Procurement, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Kathua.Â
- IAS Asha Choudhary Malhotra, who was awaiting adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JaKeGA. She will also hold the additional charge of Director, Defence Labour Procurement, Jammu and Kashmir, until further orders.
- IAS Mohd Raiyaz, previously the Deputy Secretary in the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Karnah-Tangdhar.
