Noida, July 28 (APAC Media): Indo-MIM Limited is set to announce the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday after the issue received strong demand from investors, with the offering subscribed more than 72 times during the bidding period.
The ₹3,811-crore IPO, which closed on July 27, received bids for nearly 398.55 crore shares against the 5.50 crore shares on offer, reflecting robust investor interest across categories.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) led the demand, with their portion subscribed 204.34 times. The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category was subscribed 50.63 times, while the retail investor portion received 6.67 times the subscription. The employee category was subscribed 9.44 times.
The company had fixed the IPO price band at ₹461-₹485 per share. The issue comprised a fresh share sale of ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹3,311.21 crore from existing shareholders.
Investors who participated in the IPO can check their allotment status through the IPO registrar MUFG Intime India, as well as through the BSE and NSE websites using their PAN, application number or Demat details.
Market participants are also tracking the grey market premium (GMP) of Indo-MIM shares ahead of the listing. The unofficial market indicator suggests a premium of around ₹190 per share, implying potential listing gains of nearly 39% over the upper end of the IPO price band.

However, GMP trends do not guarantee the actual listing price or future performance of the stock.
Indo-MIM shares are expected to list on the BSE and NSE on July 30, subject to completion of the regulatory process.
The company, a manufacturer of precision-engineered components, plans to use proceeds from the fresh issue mainly for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
