Lucknow: Transfer of senior administrative personnel seems to the order of the day as several state governments are going in for reshuffle. The latest state to do so is Uttar Pradesh. The state government has shifted 9 India Police Services (IPS) officers and posted new police chiefs in 5 districts of UP.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh led by CM Yogi Adityanath, on June 2, issued transfer and posting orders of nine IPS officers. Roshan P Kanay (IPS 2009-Batch) has been assigned the post of Superintendent of Police (SP), Logistics at Director General of Police (DGP) Headquarters, Lucknow. Shivhari Meena (IPS 2010-Batch) has been made the new Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Jhansi.
Sudha Singh (IPS 2011-Batch) has been appointed as SP, Mahoba. Ashok Kumar (IV), earlier commandant PAC, Moradabad, has been given the charge of SP, Firozabad. And Ashok Kumar Rai (IPS 2011-Batch), earlier commandant PAC, Sonbhadra, gets the post of SP, Mainpuri.
Similarly, Ajai Kumar (IPS 2011-Batch) will take over as SP, Hardoi, while SP Hardoi Anurag Vats will be commandant PAC, Moradabad. SP Mahoba Arun Kumar Srivastava, replaces Ashok Kumar Rai, will assume the post of Commandant, 48th Battalion PAC, Sonbhadra.
Anurag Vasta (IPS 2013-Batch) has been made Commandant, 9th Battalion PAC, Moradabad. SP Mainpuri Avinash Panday (IPS 2015-Batch), replaces Sudha Singh, will take over as Commandant, 4th Battalion PAC, Prayagraj.
Further, IAS officer and Chief Development Officer of Unnao Sarneet Kaur Broka has been made AMD (UPSRTC). Joint Magistrate Barabanki Divyanshu Patel has been sent as CDO of Unnao. At the same time, PCS Ritu Suhas has been transferred from Lucknow Development Authority to ADM (FR) Ghaziabad, according to News18 Hindi.
PCS Santosh Vaish has been appointed as Additional Commissioner Azamgarh from ADM Ghaziabad, PCS Kamlesh has been appointed as ADM Judicial from Ghaziabad, Siddharthnagar. PCS Shyam Avadh Chauhan has been made SLAO Ghaziabad from SDM Mathura and PCS Poonam Nigam has been made ADM Jalaun. PCS Pramil Kumar Singh has been made Additional Commissioner Jhansi. PCS Amit Rathore has been given the charge of OSD Lucknow Development Authority (LDA).
