Noida: Paytm Money has appointed Akhil Verma as its Chief Information Security Officer. Before joining Paytm Money, he served as the CISO of Airtel Payments Bank.
An Information Security leader, Akhil Verma CISO has been associated with the banking and financial services industry. During his entire career span of 17 years of extensive experience, he worked among the leading organizations including Fincare Small Finance Bank, Janalakshmi Financial Services and Canara Bank among others.
At Janalakshmi Financial Services, he was AVP IS & IT Audit followed by a stint at Fincare Small Finance Bank as Sr. GM & CISO before joining Airtel Payments Bank in November 2018 as CISO.
