Gurugram: Gurugram-based healthtech startup Breath Well-being, on Thursday said it has secured pre-Series B funding of Rs 50 crore (around $6 million) co-led by existing investors 3one4 Capital, Accel and General Catalyst. The round also saw participation from Founder Bank Capital and Supermorpheus.
The company will use the funds to strengthen its coaching academy, expand the core team, and scale up the technology platform to enhance customer experience, it said in a statement.
Founded by Rohan Verma and Aditya Kaicker in 2020, Breath Well-being uses its gamified digital programme and claims to reverse type-2 diabetes. The company claims to help people with reducing HbA1c, lose weight and reduce medication dependability through its interactive gamification.
Earlier, it had secured Rs 40 crore in its Series A funding round. In June 2021, it raised $1 million in a pre-Series A round led by 3one4 capital.
