Pune: The EV subsidiary of the Tata Group automotive flagship, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility (TPEM) is looking to set up 10 outlets in top 10 tier-2 cities, within the first quarter of FY24.
The showrooms will be operational over the next six to 12 months. Dealership formats are also in active consideration. The first such dedicated showroom is expected to come up in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The planned showrooms will be in large format mostly in tier-two cities, with upgraded features. The move is part of the EV-led channel strategy on the back of increasing consumer preference for its powertrain cars and expected EV offerings, in the form of electrified versions of the existing and second-generation models in the next couple of years.
