Uttarakhand: 6 IAS and 3 PCS and one Secretariat Service officers have been transferred and posted in a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Uttarakhand by the Pushkar Singh Dhami-led state government.
Swati S Bhadauria IAS officer of the 2011-batch, has been appointed Mission Director of NHM. Prior to this appointment, she served as Additional Secretary to the Governor in the government. Bhadauria succeeds IAS officer Rohit Meena of the 2014 batch.
Dr R Rajesh Kumar has now been posted as Secretary of Medical Health and Medical Education, following his stint as Chief Executive Officer of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). Dr Kumar is an IAS officer, of the 2007 batch.
Kamendra Singh IAS, currently serving as Additional Secretary in Personnel and Vigilance, has been assigned the post of Chief Executive Officer, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
IAS officer of the 2010 batch, Anand Swaroop, who served as Director of Panchayati Raj is now the Additional Secretary of Rural Development.
Alok Kumar Pandey IAS officer serving as Additional Secretary of Cooperatives and Registrar, has been appointed Additional Secretary of Panchayati Raj.
Mohammad Nasir PCS officer, has been posted as director of Pantnagar Agricultural University. PCS officer Ramdutt Paliwal has been relieved from his duties as additional charge of Pantnagar Agricultural University and has now been appointed executive director of Uttarakhand Rural Development Institute, Udham Singh Nagar. Omkar Singh, who was serving as Panchayati Raj Additional Secretary, has been transferred into the Social Welfare Department and appointed Additional Secretary.
