New Delhi: Montra Electric, a subsidiary of the Murugappa Group specialising in electric vehicles (EVs), has joined forces with Ecofy, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on green initiatives, to offer accessible financing options for electric three-wheelers. Rajashree Nambiar, Co-founder, MD & CEO of Ecofy, stressed the company’s mission, highlighting that Ecofy is dedicated to advancing a sustainable, net-zero emissions future through the provision of financial backing for environmentally conscious decisions.
Sushant Jena, the Head of Montra Electric’s 3W Division, conveyed that the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ecofy will simplify the process of electric vehicle (EV) adoption in India by addressing the financial obstacles faced by customers. Given the growth of India’s electric three-wheeler market, the partnership between Ecofy and Montra Electric is anticipated to enable both individuals and businesses to adopt sustainable transportation.
