Mumbai: Aegon Life Insurance has now officially been acquired by Bandhan Financial Holdings, and will be known as Bandhan Life. The company has plans to hire 1,000 new employees as a strategy to ensure its growth.
Satishwar B., MD and CEO of Bandhan Life, said, “With Bandhan Life, we are bolstering our collaborative strengths of digital innovation and robust distribution to enhance the value for all our stakeholders.” He also revealed their vision for the next five years which includes expanding its presence across various product categories.
The new tagline of Bandhan Life says “Bharat Ki Udaan, Bandhan Se.” Its logo features a growing bud, symbolising the company’s dedication to nurturing and empowering India’s aspirations. Updated product names, like Bandhan Life iTerm Prime, reflect the company’s new direction and are available for exploration on its website.
