Mumbai: IAS officer Dr Mahendra Kalyankar has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA). The 2007 batch officer, from the Maharashtra cadre, succeeds IAS officer Satish Lokhande.
Dr Kalyankar previously served as the Divisional Commissioner of the Konkan Division, Mumbai. He has also served as the Labour Commissioner in Maharashtra and the District Collector of Raigad.
