IAS Vikas Singh re-designated to Director level, Commissioner (Land Management), DDA; IRS Sunil Kumar Yadav appointed Director of MoHUA

New Delhi: The central government has appointed several officers to new roles across various departments. Following are their names and new designations:

• IAS officer Vikas Singh, currently posted as the Commissioner (Land Management) (Deputy Secretary level), Delhi Development Authority, has been re-designated to Director level. The 2010 batch officer from the Tripura cadre will serve in this role till April 27, 2026.
• IRS officer Sunil Kumar Yadav has been appointed as the Director of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Delhi. Yadav is an officer of the 2010 batch and was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue. He will serve in this role for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge or until further notice.
• IRS (IT) officer Anurag Chandra has been posted as the Deputy Secretary in the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Delhi. Chandra, a 2014 batch officer, will serve in this post for a period of four years.
• ISS officer Sarvadanand Barnwal (ISS: 2010) was appointed as Director of the Department of Land Resources, Delhi. The 2010 batch Indian Statistical Service (ISS) officer will serve in this post for a period of five years.
