New Delhi: The panel of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has selected Praveen Kumar as the next Managing Director (MD) of DFCCIL. The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) is PSU under the Ministry of Railways and Praveen is serving as Executive Director for the same organization.
After interviewing four candidates during the selection meeting, the PESB panel decided to recommend Kumar for the MD position at DFCCIL. The candidates on the list were among DFCCIL, Indian Railways, and Ircon International Limited.
During his appointment as Managing Director of DFCCIL, Kumar will be accountable to its board of Directors and Government and Shareholders. He will be the chief of the organization and will ensure smooth operations at the organisation that align with its corporate objectives and performance parameters.
