Lucknow: As part of the ongoing bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, the Uttar Pradesh Government has announced the transfer and new postings of 5 Indian Administrative Officers (IAS). According to the official notice, IAS Prannata Aishwarya (2019 batch) has been appointed as the Special Secretary in the Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department and as Joint Managing Director of Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam. She is the outgoing Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Ambedkar Nagar.
Besides her, the list of other transferees include:
IAS Anand Kumar Shukla has been made the new CDO of Ambedkar Nagar, replacing Prannata Aishwarya. He was last posted as the Additional Director of the State Urban Development Agency (SUDA).
IAS Umesh Pratap Singh (2012 batch) will take charge as the Special Secretary of the Backward Classes Welfare Department. He was last posted as the Special Secretary in the Geology and Mining Department.
IAS Arun Kumar, previously holding the post of Special Secretary in the Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department and Joint Managing Director of UP Jal Nigam Rural, has been appointed as Special Secretary, in the Geology and Mining Department.
IAS Anupam Shukla (2016 batch) has become the Special Secretary of the Energy and Additional Energy Sources Department and Director of Non-Conventional Energy Sources (NEDA).
