Chennai: LatentView Analytics has named Remadevi Thottathil as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 20 years of experience in talent management and leadership, Thottathil will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and development.
Thottathil’s appointment comes at a time when LatentView is focusing on scaling its operations in the data analytics industry. CEO Rajan Sethuraman highlighted that the company’s success depends on the strength of its workforce and that Thottathil’s expertise in aligning people strategies with business goals will help drive LatentView’s growth.
Before joining LatentView, Thottathil served as CHRO at Bahwan Cybertek, where she supported the company’s rapid expansion. She is also notable for being the first woman commissioned officer in the Indian Navy to serve as an Air Traffic Control officer.
Thottathil is a certified Success and Leadership Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She has also worked with various NGOs to empower women.
