Bengaluru: Nutanix has announced the appointment of Daryush Ashjari as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region. He will serve in this role in addition to his current position as the Vice President of APJ Solutions Engineering.
Presently, Ashjari leads a team of engineers across the APJ region and supervises the company’s technical and solution development engagements with corporates and governments in the area. He brings more than three decades of experience in the IT industry and has previously worked with leading firms including IBM, Novell, Cisco, Citrix, EMC, and McAfee.
In his expanded role as the CTO at Nutanix, Ashjari will oversee engineering and technical operations, in addition to developing innovative solutions for hybrid multi-cloud requirements. Moreover, he will lead the C-level engagements across the region.
