Noida: Paytm Payments Bank has appointed Manish Kumar as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) bringing in 29 years of leadership experience in HR. He will lead the bank’s human resource strategy, focusing on culture transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management.
Previously, Manish served as the Chief People Officer at UBI Services Ltd. He spearheaded initiatives in employee relations, organizational change, and executive compensation. Earlier, he was a Partner at CIEL-CMBG Practice, where he collaborated with Cohen Brown Management Group to introduce training and certification programs focusing on behavior embedding and cultural change. Additionally, Kumar has also held the role of Group CHRO at Poonawalla Fincorp, where he worked in areas including executive development, stakeholder management, and performance appraisal strategies.
In his new role at Paytm Payments Bank, Kumar is expected to foster a robust organizational culture aligning with efficient HR strategies to drive the company’s growth plans.
