Mumbai: ICICI Securities has appointed Srirang TK as its Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will succeed Vijay Chandok who has stepped down from the role.
Srirang joined ICICI Bank in 2001 and has since served in several roles at the bank. He has been serving as the Joint MD of ICICI Securities since May 2024. Previously, he worked as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the Head of Human Resources function and Infrastructure Management Services Group. Additionally, he oversaw the HR function for ICICI group companies. He has played an instrumental role in setting up and scaling the bank’s retail, SME, Wholesale Banking, International Banking, and Digital franchise. Srirang is also a member of the Governing Council of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. In addition, he is also a member of the Governing body of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bengaluru (IIIT-B).
Previously, Srirang has worked in ICI India and Coca-Cola India. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Calcutta University and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
