Ahuja brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, most recently at WNS, where he led talent acquisition as Corporate Vice President. He also managed large-scale recruitment drives at EXL, covering regions in India and South Africa. Earlier in his career, he held important positions at Monster India and The Times of India, focusing on building strong employer branding and strategic hiring.
At Firstsource, Ahuja’s main goal will be to refine recruitment processes and strengthen the company’s talent strategies as it looks to expand its presence in various sectors. His appointment signals a focus on improving hiring efficiency to meet the growing demands in tech, healthcare, and finance industries.
