Noida: IndiaMART, one of India’s largest online B2B marketplaces, has appointed Saurabh Deep Singla as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational change, Singla will focus on aligning HR strategies with IndiaMART’s business goals.
In his new role, Singla will oversee initiatives such as organizational design, leadership development, and employee engagement for the company’s 6,000+ workforce. He will also work on improving employer branding and fostering a culture that prioritizes collaboration and performance, ensuring alignment with IndiaMART’s vision of innovation and inclusivity.
Singla has previously worked with companies like upGrad, Ecom Express, Rio Tinto, Whirlpool, and Airtel, where he helped develop people-focused strategies and drive innovation in HR practices. His expertise in handling diverse HR challenges is expected to add significant value to IndiaMART’s operations.
