Gurugram: Sentiss Pharma has named Joyeeta Chatterjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The announcement comes as part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its leadership team during a phase of strategic growth.
Chatterjee previously held a short stint at Bain & Company. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of HR at Biocon for nearly three years. In her role at Sentiss Pharma, she aims to focus on building global teams, enhancing internal talent development, and integrating organizational culture.
With Sentiss Pharma expanding its operations in India and internationally, including setting up a manufacturing base in Europe, Chatterjee’s appointment is seen as a move to drive the company’s human capital strategy in line with its growth ambitions.
