Mumbai: Orient Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Shrihari Bhat as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and a deep understanding of global markets, cross-border operations, and regulatory environments.
Before joining Orient Technologies, he was associated with FIS for 15 years in various capacities with the most recent one being the Division Executive for International Markets. He has also held senior leadership roles at NCR and FirstData (now Fiserv), contributing significantly to their growth and success. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving mergers and acquisitions, and delivering impactful results. Additionally, Shrihari has been instrumental in curating advanced solutions including online fraud detection and secure transaction systems.
In his new role as the CEO at Orient, Shrihari will lead the technology transformation and business expansion in line with the company’s vision to transform into one of the most influential players in the IT solutions and services landscape. Under his leadership, the company will focus on expanding its service offerings, increasing customer value, and strengthening its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
