Chandigarh: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has transferred and posted six IAS officers with immediate effect to enhance governance and efficiency. As per the official order, IAS A. Sreenivas (2004 batch) has been appointed as Secretary, Energy Department, Haryana. He will continue to serve as Commissioner, Hisar Division, and Managing Director (MD) of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.
Other transfers include:
IAS Vinay Pratap Singh (2011 batch) will remain the Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, while also taking on the role of Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi.
IAS Sachin Gupta (2018 batch) has been assigned as Municipal Commissioner, Ambala.
IAS Saloni Sharma (2019 batch) has been moved as District Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar.
IAS Vishwajeet Chaudhary (2021 batch) will now serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited, and Additional CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority.
IAS Utsav Anand (2022 batch) has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) (Civil), Sampla.
The government has directed all officers to assume their new roles immediately to ensure seamless administrative functioning. These transfers are part of the state’s efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery.
