New Delhi: The Delhi government has undertaken major IAS transfers under which it has reshuffled 16 officers. As per the official order, IAS Vikas Anand (2002 batch), currently Secretary to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the Information and Public Relations Department.
