Itanagar: As part of a routine administrative exercise, the Arunachal Pradesh government has assigned additional charges to three IAS officers. As per the official order, IAS Saugat Biswas (2006 batch), belonging to the AGMUT cadre, has been given additional charge of Commissioner (Law).
Biswas currently serves as the Transport Commissioner.
Other appointments include
IAS YVVJ Rajasekhar (2012 batch), Secretary of the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB), has been entrusted with the additional charge of Secretary (Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Dairy Development), relieving H Tari.
IAS Rajesh Kumar (2014 batch), currently Secretary (Administrative Reforms and Training), has been assigned the additional responsibility of Secretary (Personnel and Vigilance).
According to the state government, the reallocation of charges is part of routine administrative arrangements to enhance coordination and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments.
