Ladakh Administration Assigns Additional Charges to Three IAS Officers; IAS Ashish Kundra Given Charge of Forest, Ecology & Environment Dept

Ladakh: In a recent bureaucratic move, the Ladakh administration has assigned additional charges to three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. According to the order, IAS Ashish Kundra, who is currently serving as the Chief Secretary of UT Ladakh, has been assigned the additional charge of the Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department.

Kundra will continue to discharge his existing responsibilities alongside the new portfolio.

The other two officers assigned additional charges include

• IAS Dr. Laltinkhuma Franklin, presently holding the post of Commissioner Secretary, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the Health and Medical Education Department.

• IAS Rudra Goud, Administrative Secretary, has been given additional charge of the Labour and Employment Department as well as the Science and Technology Department.

The administration stated that the reallocation aims to maintain administrative efficiency and uninterrupted service delivery.
