New Delhi: HFCL hss established a scalable platform to drive long-term growth in high-value Aerostructure, Aeronautics and Defence manufacturing.
This strategic expansion and consolidation will be implemented through its subsidiary HFCL Advanced Systems Pvt Ltd. (HASPL).
HASPL will acquire 100% stake in Spiral EHL Engineering, an engineering and precision manufacturing company. Spiral, in turn, will acquire the Aerostructure and Aeronautics business of Defsys Solutions.
HASPL will acquire HFCL’s 80% stake in Raddef, a Radar Technology company. It will also acquire HFCL’s existing Thermal Weapon Sight (TWS) business.
The consolidation ensures syncing of complementary capabilities across Aerostructure, Aeronautics, Radar Systemd and Advanced Thermal Weapon Sight solutions under an unified platform.
The consolidation has also ensured a confirmed export order book of approximately Rs 1570 crore.
The new entity will have manufacturing facilities in Gurgaon and Bengaluru.
