Sanjay Khanna appointed BPCL CMD

Mumbai, Apr 13, (APAC Media): Sanjay Khanna has been appointed Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL).

Sanjay has been with BPCL for 3 decades and has experience in complex refinery processes and downstream operations.

He has been navigating operational challenges with precision, combining robust technical acumen with a practical understanding of large-scale refining and marketing operations.

Before this, Sanjay served as Director at BPCL since February 2022. Prior to that, he was associated with BPCL Kochi Refinery as Executive Director, further strengthening his profile as a seasoned leader with significant experience across refining and core business operations.

Sanjay is expected to provide both continuity and clarity of vision as the company navigates a changing energy environment and works to strengthen its standing in the sector.
