New Delhi, June 25(APAC Media): Barracuda has appointed Prasad Dhongadi as Director and International Finance Controller, strengthening its leadership team at a time when companies are placing greater focus on financial governance and global business oversight.
In his new role, he will oversee finance and accounting operations across Barracuda’s international business. His responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, governance, and strategic financial planning aimed at supporting the company’s global operations.
The appointment brings a seasoned finance executive to Barracuda’s leadership ranks. He has nearly two decades of experience across corporate finance, financial controls, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and business transformation.
Before joining Barracuda, he spent more than 12 years at Yahoo, where he most recently served as Finance Director. During his tenure, he was involved in finance management and restructuring initiatives across the company’s India operations.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP and KPMG India, working on due diligence, valuation, audit, and financial strategy assignments.
