Delhi Govt Transfers 17 IAS Officers; IAS Bipul Pathak Appointed Additional Chief Secretary, WCD

New Delhi, June 25 (APAC Media): In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Delhi Government has transferred 17 IAS officers across key departments in the national capital. IAS Bipul Pathak has been assigned the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, SC/ST/OBC and Women & Child Development (WCD) departments, while continuing in his existing role as Additional Chief Secretary, Social Welfare. 

Pathak is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre.

Other Key IAS Transfers Include: 

• IAS Naveen Kumar Chaudhary (1994 batch) has been assigned the additional charge of the General Administration Department (GAD). He is currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Irrigation and Flood Control (I&FC). 
• IAS Pandurang K. Pole (2004 batch), presently serving as Secretary, Land and Building Department, has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Labour) and Secretary, Cooperation. 
• IAS Jitendra Yadav (2010 batch), currently serving as Managing Director, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary, Information Technology (IT).
• IAS Sandeep Kumar Singh (2011 batch) will continue as Special Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) and has been assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary (Finance) and Managing Director, State Road Development Corporation (SRDC). 
• IAS D. Varma (2011 batch) has been appointed as Member, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB). 
• IAS Pankaj Kumar (2012 batch), currently serving as Controller, Weights and Measures (W&M), has been assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary, National Capital Region (NCR). 
• IAS G. Sudhakar (2012 batch), Director, Women and Child Development (WCD), will continue to hold the additional charge of Managing Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission (SULM), and has also been assigned the additional charge of Member Secretary, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW). 
• IAS Sachin Rana (2014 batch), Special Secretary (Home), will continue to hold the additional charge of Special Secretary, Urban Development (UD), and has also been assigned the additional charge of Principal Director, Delhi Fire Services (DFS). 
• IAS Suneel Anchipaka (2014 batch), Managing Director and CEO, Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DT&TDC), will continue to hold the additional charge of Special Secretary (PWD), and has also been assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary, Tourism.
• IAS Santosh Kumar Rai (2014 batch), Special Chief Executive Officer, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), has been assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary (Home). 
• IAS Sanjeev Kumar (2014 batch), presently serving as Special Secretary (Health), has been appointed as Special Commissioner, Trade and Taxes.
• IAS Mekala Chaitanya Prasad (2015 batch) has been appointed as Special Secretary (Health).
• IAS Kishore Kshirsagar Lakshman (2016 batch), Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate (South West), will continue to hold the additional charge of Director (Panchayat). 
• IAS Yash Chaudhary (2017 batch), Special Secretary (Health), has been assigned the additional charge of Controller of Procurement and Accounts (CPA) with delegated financial powers of the Head of Department (HoD) 
• IAS Patil Pranjal (2017 batch), AGMUT cadre, presently serving as Additional Director (Education), has been appointed as Special Director, Women and Child Development (WCD).
