New Delhi, June 24 (APAC Media): Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has appointed Srividya Venkataraman as Director (Finance), effective June 24, 2026.
The appointment, approved by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, will be for a period of five years, until her superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Venkataraman brings more than three decades of experience in the Indian energy sector and joins HPCL from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), where she served as Executive Director (Corporate Treasury).
During her tenure, she played a key role in managing capital structure, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.
A Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant by qualification, she has held several senior leadership positions at BPCL and is widely recognised for her expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
