From NTT DATA To 3i Infotech
Sehajpal joins 3i Infotech after serving as HR Head – India at NTT DATA, where she led a 30-member HR Business Partner and Centre of Excellence team supporting around 4,000 employees. Her responsibilities included workforce planning, executive hiring, performance management, HR analytics and HR process integration.
She has around 24 years of experience across technology, IT services, analytics, manufacturing and logistics. Before NTT DATA, she worked as Vice President – Human Resources at Algonomy and previously served as HR Director at Honeywell Connected Enterprise, where she supported the APAC business.
Career Across Major Companies
Her earlier experience includes a Global Human Resources Business Partner role at Maersk Global Service Centres, along with HR positions at Wipro BPO, Allcargo Global Logistics and Tata Consultancy Services. At TCS, she worked across HR projects, resource management and HR technology-related assignments.
At 3i Infotech, Sehajpal will oversee the company’s people agenda, covering talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes and organisational culture. She will be based in Navi Mumbai.
What Her New Role Covers
The appointment comes as 3i Infotech continues to operate across digital transformation and IT services, with its business spanning sectors including BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and government. The company currently lists Sehajpal as its Chief Human Resources Officer on its leadership page.
Sehajpal holds an MBA in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions and a BSc in Zoology from Sri Venkateswara University.
