UPTET Scorecard 2026
Candidates can check the UPTET 2026 result through the official UPESSC website. After opening the Results section, candidates need to select the UPTET result link and enter the required login details.
Candidates should download their UPTET scorecard and retain it for future recruitment-related requirements.
UPTET 2026 Normalisation Process
UPESSC used a comparative normalisation process because the examination was conducted across multiple shifts. The process was applied before the final result was prepared to account for variations between shifts.
Candidates who qualify will move to the eligibility certificate stage. However, clearing UPTET does not by itself guarantee appointment as a teacher. The qualification will be considered for future recruitment according to the applicable rules.
UPTET Qualifying Marks 2026
For General category candidates, the qualifying requirement is 60%, or 90 marks out of 150. Candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, PwD and ex-servicemen categories are required to secure 55%, equivalent to 82.5 marks out of 150.
The UPTET 2026 result is relevant for candidates seeking eligibility for teaching positions for Classes 1 to 5 and Classes 6 to 8 in Uttar Pradesh.
