New Delhi, August 14(APAC Media): Motorola has launched the Moto G Max in India at Rs 27,999.
The new smartphone comes in a single 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and will go on sale from August 20 through Flipkart, Motorola’s website and select retail stores. The launch puts the Moto G Max in a competitive mid-range smartphone segment, with the 7,000mAh battery being one of its main talking points.
Moto G Max Price And Availability
Motorola has priced the Moto G Max at Rs 27,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model. It will be available in PANTONE Stargazer, PANTONE Alaskan Blue and PANTONE Malaga colour options.
The company is also offering an instant discount of Rs 1,000. Buyers can additionally get bundled Google and entertainment subscriptions at an introductory price.
Moto G Max Specifications
The Moto G Max features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,050 nits of brightness. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone has a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP front camera. Motorola has also added AI-based camera and editing features through Google Photos.
7,000mAh Battery And Android 16
The biggest hardware feature is the 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which Motorola says can deliver up to three days of use. The phone supports 33W TurboPower charging and battery-care features designed to extend battery life.
The Moto G Max runs Android 16 and includes Motorola’s security features such as Moto Secure and ThinkShield for Mobile. The company has promised two OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
The device also carries MIL-STD-810H certification, an IP64 rating and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It gets stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
