New Delhi, August 24(APAC Media): Sandeep Mathew has joined Vodafone Idea Limited as Executive Vice President, moving to the telecom sector after several years across investor relations, strategy and equity research.

Sandeep Mathew’s New Role At Vodafone Idea
At Vodafone Idea, Mathew brings experience in investor relations and financial markets at a time when the telecom company continues to focus on strengthening its business and financial position. Vodafone Idea has also publicly welcomed him to the organisation.
Before joining Vodafone Idea, Mathew held multiple roles at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, including Head of Investor Relations, Head of Strategy and Business Process Improvement for Solar O&M, and Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Experience Across Financial Markets
His earlier career includes senior roles at SBI Ventures, where he served as Vice President and Head of Investor Relations for the SWAMIH Investment Fund, and SBI Securities as an Equity Research Analyst.
Mathew has also worked in equity research roles at ICICI Securities, Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas and Thomas Weisel International. He began his career with roles at Bank of America and Evalueserve.
