New Delhi, September 22 (APAC Media): The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Pravin Kumar for appointment as Director (Finance) at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).
The recommendation was made at the PESB meeting held on September 21, 2026, following interviews for the senior finance leadership position at the Schedule ‘A’ Maharatna company.
Pravin Kumar’s Current Role at SAIL
Pravin Kumar is currently serving as General Manager at SAIL and is associated with the SAIL ERP Center, Corporate Office, Bhilai Location.
His current responsibilities include key finance and management functions:
- Finance
- Costing
- Funds Management
- Real Estate Management
Kumar was among 10 candidates interviewed by PESB for the Director (Finance) position.
Following the selection process, PESB recommended his name for the senior finance leadership role at SAIL.
