New Delhi, Sep 22(APAC Media): Stratbeans is using artificial intelligence to help manufacturing companies expand employee training and provide workers with faster access to workplace information.
The enterprise learning company said training coverage across its manufacturing deployments increased from 20% to 85%, while platform usage reached 80%. The average assessment pass rate was 88%.
AI-Powered Employee Training
Manufacturing companies often need to train employees across different locations, roles and language groups. Stratbeans is addressing this through digital learning, AI-based assessments, multilingual training and workplace knowledge tools.
Its Ask AI solution allows employees to find information from company-approved documents such as standard operating procedures, policies, manuals and training material. Employees can ask questions in natural language and receive information without searching through multiple documents.
The platform also gives administrators visibility into the questions employees are asking. This can help companies identify areas where additional training or updated documentation may be needed.
Focus On Workforce Upskilling
Stratbeans also provides proctored assessments and simulation-based learning, allowing employees to practise workplace situations and receive AI-based feedback. Automated training assignments and reporting tools help companies track participation and assessment results.
Sameer Nigam, CEO and Co-Founder, Stratbeans, said employee learning needs to continue beyond formal training programmes and provide workers with access to relevant information during their daily work.
The company’s latest focus comes as manufacturers increasingly adopt digital learning and AI tools to support workforce training, knowledge access and employee skill development.
