Bhopal: IAS officer P Narahari has been appointed the Secretary of Public Health Engineering Department, Madhya Pradesh. The 2001 batch officer is also an author, having written eight books. He is well known for interacting with people through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter to solve their problems.
Narahari took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce his appointment and wrote, “Today I took charge as Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department in Government of Madhya Pradesh at Bhopal.”
Previously, Narahari has served as the Secretary and Commissioner of Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Industries and as Secretary of Sport & Youth Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh. He holds a BE degree in Production Engineering and an MA in Economics.
