Mumbai: Aarti Industries has named Suyog Kotecha as its new Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Previously he was in charge of the Strategy & New Business – Petrochemicals business at Reliance Industries Limited. Aarti Industries is an Indian speciality chemicals manufacturer.
Kotecha has worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Chemicals Practice. He was also the Senior Process Engineer – Business Development and Technology at Sulzer Chemtech. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, a Master’s degree also in the same subject from the University of Twente, and an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business.
