Bengaluru: Novo has appointed Ekta Grover as their new Group Product Manager. Grover will be responsible for improving customer interactions and efficiency of operations for the company. She has over 15 years of experience in technology, data science, and product leadership.
Grover has worked in Blink Health as the Principal Product Manager, and she was the founder of Supermind, which specialised in blockchain intelligence and enterprise SaaS. She has a master’s degree in Quantitative Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. As the Group Product Manager, she will help Novo adopt an AI-first customer experience (CX), and ensure that it continues to provide a fast, easy, and free banking partnership.
