New Delhi: Ashok Leyland has appointed KM Balaji as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Currently serving as the Deputy CFO, Balaji’s role will come into effect from June 1, 2024. He is taking over charge from outgoing CFO and Whole Time Director Gopal Mahadevan, who will continue serving as the Director of Strategic Finance and M&A.
Balaji has over 31 years of experience in managing different aspects of the finance function like IS, Budgeting, Product Cost Engineering, Indirect Taxes, Treasury, Investor Relations, Payables and Receivables.
Ashok Leyland is a commercial vehicle manufacturer and an Indian flagship company of the Hinduja Group.
