Bangalore: Radhika Nair has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture for India by Volvo Group, effective July 1, 2024. Nair, who joined the Group in 2021, has accumulated more than twenty years of experience.
She has served as the Vice President of People and Culture at the Technology Centre of Volvo Group in Bangalore and the Vice President of P&C for Global Vehicle Technology before her most recent appointment. Volvo Group announced that Nair will assume full responsibility for the People & Culture function, which encompasses Rewards, Labour & Employee Relations, Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, International Mobility, and Learning & Development, in her new position. She will also be a member of the leadership and management staff for the India country.
Nair served in numerous capacities within Accenture’s human resources department prior to his employment with Volvo Group. The statement also stated that she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a talent strategy that is consistent with the organization’s objectives.
