Gurugram: Lummus Technology, a global provider of process technologies and value-driven energy solutions, has announced the appointment of Deepak Martin as its Chief Human Resources Officer. The appointment was made in Gurugram.
Martin will oversee all facets of Lummus’ human resources in this newly created position, which encompasses talent management, global human resources operations, recruiting, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Martin was the head of human resources for the Clean Energy & Fuelling segment of Dover Corporation before joining Lummus. This role involved providing support to 6,000 employees in 30 countries.
He has served in human resources leadership positions worldwide and has acquired experience in the integration of organizational culture, processes, and systems, as well as the development of people strategies to align with business objectives and plans. Martin has a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Methodist College and a master’s degree in business administration and human resources from the University of Wales.
