Mumbai: Glovve, a newly launched digital platform, seeks to address inefficiencies in corporate relocation management, offering solutions for challenges like manual coordination, lack of visibility, and decentralised processes. The platform is positioned as India’s first enterprise digital move management system, targeting industries such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, consulting, and pharmaceuticals.
The need for better relocation solutions has gained urgency as workforce mobility increases. A recent recruitment survey reported a projected 6.33% workforce growth in the first half of FY25, highlighting the rising demand for seamless employee relocation. Traditional relocation practices often involve multiple vendors, manual oversight, and data security concerns. Glovve claims to resolve these issues by integrating automation, real-time tracking, and enhanced data security measures into a single digital interface.
The platform encrypts all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and provides end-to-end visibility for relocation processes. Glovve also integrates with existing HR systems, enabling HR professionals and relocation agents to coordinate activities more efficiently. Real-time tracking and risk assessment features aim to improve both employee and organisational satisfaction during transitions.
Saurabh Gupta, Senior Vice President of Digital Product & Technology at Glovve, stated that the platform focuses on simplifying relocation processes while offering cost and time savings. “Our system creates an interconnected ecosystem where all stakeholders can collaborate effectively,” he said.
While Glovve’s success in transforming the relocation space remains to be seen, it taps into a growing demand for streamlined solutions as companies expand operations globally. By addressing the complexities of relocation, the platform aims to support organisations in ensuring smoother transitions for their workforce.
With corporate mobility on the rise, tools like Glovve could play a significant role in reshaping how businesses handle employee relocations in India.
