Gurugram: Rays Power Infra, a leading name in solar energy and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) management, has announced the appointment of Mukul Mathur as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With this strategic appointment, the company aims to reinforce its commitment to cultivating an agile, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
Mukul Mathur brings with him a wealth of experience in human resource management, spanning over two decades. Before joining Rays Power Infra, Mukul served as Group Vice President of HR at VKRP Group, a prominent steel manufacturing firm. His leadership in this role was instrumental in aligning HR functions with business objectives. Earlier, as Head of HR at CJ Darcl Logistics Limited, a 4,200-crore Indo-Korean logistics group, Mukul managed a workforce of over 5,000 employees across 200 branches and nine key offices. He led a robust HR team of 33 professionals, emphasizing operational excellence and people-first strategies. In another key leadership role as Vice President and Client HR Head at HSI Group, Mukul successfully partnered with business and functional leaders to design and implement strategies that elevated organizational performance and culture.
Mukul holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. His extensive expertise is expected to further drive Rays Power Infra’s growth trajectory.
