Mumbai: Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed Kshitiz Saigal as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, marking a strategic addition to its HR leadership team. Saigal brings over 15 years of experience in talent management across multiple industries, focusing on aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Saigal served as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Toothsi Aligners, where he played a key role in strengthening hiring practices for departments such as Product & Engineering and Inside Sales. His contributions included implementing advanced HR management systems and applicant tracking tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve workforce engagement.
Throughout his career, Saigal has held various leadership roles in HR. At Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, he managed HR operations for over 1,200 employees in the western region. At Raymond Limited, he oversaw recruitment for well-known brands such as Park Avenue and Color Plus. His work at Country Club as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition involved optimizing HR frameworks to support organizational growth.
Saigal’s extensive experience in HR innovation and workforce management positions him to drive Kotak Mahindra Bank’s talent acquisition strategies in a competitive financial sector. This move reflects the bank’s efforts to strengthen its HR capabilities amid evolving industry demands.
