With over 25 years of experience in healthcare management, Gautham’s career spans leadership roles in prominent institutions. At HCG Aastha Cancer Centre in Ahmedabad, he managed the hospital’s relocation, streamlined processes, and implemented measures to boost patient satisfaction. Prior to that, he held key operational responsibilities at Motherhood Hospitals, where he oversaw the network’s expansion in North and West India, and at Fortis Healthcare, focusing on hospital operations and marketing strategies.
Gautham’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for SPARSH Hospital as it scales up its presence in Bengaluru’s healthcare sector. The Hennur facility aims to cater to a growing patient base in the region, with a focus on specialized care. His expertise in optimizing hospital operations and managing transitions is expected to support SPARSH’s goal of delivering efficient, patient-centric services.
A graduate of premier management institutes, including IIM Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Calcutta, Gautham’s strategic background is expected to aid SPARSH in navigating the operational complexities of its expanding network.
